About The Position

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 day per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. As a Specialist Sales Communication, you will manage the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful sales communications distributed internally within all sales channels to support sales strategies and convey the value proposition.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
1+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices
Working on smaller projects
Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies determine appropriate action
Works under minimal supervision with independent judgement
Actions impact efficiency and costs
Interacts primarily within the department, across various teams

Responsibilities

Develop, write, edit, and manage sales communications materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand and value proposition.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales communications plans aimed at internal audiences, ensuring timely delivery of key messages.
Distribute sales communications across all internal channels and manage executive communications, including presentations and speeches, to reach a variety of audiences.
Plan and coordinate internal sales meetings, webinars, and special events, while working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and gather insights.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales communications, provide regular reports, and gather feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and materials.
