The position also focuses on developing and implementing internal interfaces for efficient end-to-end processes, analyzing customer inquiries and complaints to coordinate corrective actions, and identifying optimization areas for implementation, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics, and suppliers. Additionally, the role provides advice to accountable stakeholders in the sales or supplier organizations.
