About The Position

At Scenthound, we’re focused on dog wellness—not just grooming. We help dogs stay clean, healthy, and happy through routine hygiene services and memberships. We’re looking for a driven, energetic team member to join our front-of-house team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist. This is not a typical front desk position. This is a highly active, sales-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves hitting goals. Our team members are constantly moving, multitasking, problem-solving, and helping drive business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional customer service role and is excited about growth, leadership, and performance.

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout shifts
  • Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
  • Willingness to work as part of a highly collaborative team
  • Ability to adapt and shift priorities throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales through customer education and relationship building
  • Achieve key performance goals including membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail sales
  • Recommend service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
  • Build and follow up with sales leads
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts
  • Resolve customer concerns and create positive client experiences
  • Retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized
  • Cross-train in multiple areas to support team needs and business growth
