This position is within the Annuity - Traditional Brokerage team at Nationwide Financial, a Fortune 100 company. The role focuses on building, growing, and retaining strategic relationships with financial professionals, administrators, and/or plan sponsors and participants. The Specialist will act as a consultative link, advising and consulting based on client needs, industry trends, and market movements. The position requires a FINRA SIE and Series 6 license at the time of application and will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis, requiring the associate to reside within 35 miles of specific locations in Ohio or Arizona. The role involves proactive outreach, providing financial expertise, and partnering with the external sales force to grow business. The Specialist will also represent Internal Sales and Service (ISS) in meetings and collaborate with other Nationwide functions. Travel may be required to cover open external wholesaler territories. This role serves as a role model and assists in training newer associates.
