About The Position

The Specialist, Public Facilities Asset Management, reports directly to the Program Manager, Transit Asset Management. This position performs highly advanced inventory control work, requiring well-organized, detail-oriented support for the Public Facilities Asset Management Program, including recording and tracking the work order process and audits, providing oversight and monitoring of inventory, maintaining and updating databases, and providing administrative support. The position ensures compliance with established security requirements, loss prevention controls and procedures. It will also include tracking data for efficient program management and federal requirements. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. CapMetro is Austin's regional public transportation provider.
