About The Position

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Product Analyst to join its Managed Accounts Solutions Platform team in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The role supports product analysis and delivery by eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating process and data analysis artifacts, and helping prepare product backlogs for delivery. • Ability to document decisions, risks, and traceability for regulatory and audit needs.

  • Support backlog readiness and refinement with the Product Owner by shaping stories and acceptance criteria, clarifying scope and edge cases, and identifying downstream impacts.
  • Conduct impact analysis across adjacent workflows, systems, and controls; surface dependencies and risks and contribute to risk-aware decisions.
  • Partner with testing teams to review test scenarios, support UAT from a business-process perspective, triage defects, and maintain traceability from requirements through test outcomes and release.
  • Support launch and BAU handover by preparing and maintaining process updates, standard operating procedures and work instructions, RACI and control documentation, and training materials.
