  • Support backlog readiness and refinement with the Product Owner by shaping well-formed stories and acceptance criteria, clarifying scope and edge cases, and highlighting downstream impacts, to ensure delivery teams have the information needed for predictable, high-quality execution.
  • Conduct impact analysis across adjacent workflows, systems, and controls by assessing change implications, surfacing dependencies and risks early, and contributing to risk-aware decisions that align with regulatory expectations and operational constraints.
  • Partner with testing teams to validate requirements and acceptance criteria by reviewing test scenarios, supporting UAT from a business-process perspective, triaging defects, and ensuring traceability from requirements through test outcomes and release.
  • Support launch and BAU handover by preparing and maintaining process updates, standard operating procedures/work-instructions, RACI and control documentation, and training materials in partnership with Product and Operations, while escalating to Senior Business Analysts when analysis complexity, regulatory risk, or cross-pod dependencies exceed pod scope.
