In this position, the Senior Specialist, People Analytics and Planning, operates with significant autonomy, driving people analytics projects that drive better, faster, more data-informed workforce decisions to advance the company’s people, business, and talent strategies. This role partners with HR and business leaders to understand workforce challenges addressable by analytics. Responsibilities include developing project proposals, providing project support, forming testable hypotheses, developing analytics products and solutions, and delivering data-driven insights for senior management's human capital decisions. The Specialist also consults management on HR analytics best practices, tools, and trends. This role reports to the Director, Planning and Insights, and is an integral part of the Planning and Insights team, one of four pillars comprising the broader People Analytics Team.
