The individual will provide operational support related to the partnership marketing segment and assist in implementing business processes necessary to facilitate bookings, sales and ongoing operations. The Partnership Marketing Specialist must demonstrate strong, proactive problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to quickly assess complex partnership challenges, from campaign execution issues to guest experience gaps, and develop practical, scalable solutions that align with both brand standards and partner expectations. The ideal candidate approaches obstacles with a solutions-oriented mindset, balances competing priorities, and drives issues to resolution with clear communication, accountability, and a focus on delivering seamless and impactful results. From a business impact perspective, the role supports and enhances partnerships that act as a key acquisition funnel for “new-to-brand” guests, helping to sustain long-term guest value and repeat engagement across the portfolio. By ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, group events, and promotional offers, the specialist contributes to delivering consistent and high-quality guest and partner experience at scale, reinforcing Carnival Corporation’s competitive position in the global gaming and travel ecosystem. The Partnership Marketing Specialist role operates as an individual contributor with significant indirect leadership responsibility in a highly cross-functional and global environment. While the role does not include formal people management or direct reports, it requires strong leadership skills to effectively influence outcomes, coordinate across teams, and drive execution of complex partnership initiatives. The role functions as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, including Global Gaming, Brand Marketing, Reservations, Finance, Legal, Technology, and external casino partners. In this capacity, the specialist must demonstrate the ability to lead through influence, aligning diverse stakeholders toward common objectives and ensuring timely delivery of partnership programs, events, and marketing initiatives.
