About The Position
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 2nd shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Reno, NV team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. Requirements
- Required Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Required Supervisory experience
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a production facility Required.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Bilingual Spanish and English Required
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
