About The Position

Organizational Development Specialists provide specialized support by offering expertise, leadership, oversight, and support in several key areas. These include building and strengthening organizational and leadership capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, management processes, people, rewards, and metrics. They also support organizational culture through the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and programs, along with the ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of these initiatives. The role involves providing expert knowledge and strategic advice on organizational development and design, complex systems, organizational and individual behavioral science, LEADS-based individual and collective leadership, coaching philosophy and practices, learning philosophy and practices, effective teams, and conflict engagement. Additionally, the specialist will support large-scale change initiatives related to organizational redesign and empower people to effectively manage and lead such changes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
  • Business Administration diploma (DBA) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Specialization in Human Resource and/or Organizational Development
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
