About The Position
The Transportation & Logistics division is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join its HR team. This role focuses on leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The Specialist will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver development programs, support talent and succession initiatives, utilize data for insights, and contribute to building a strong, capable workforce within the division. This position offers the opportunity to support organizational development across multiple businesses, gain exposure to leadership development, employee development, succession planning, talent reviews, and change management. It allows for partnership with HR and business leaders on initiatives supporting workforce capability and employee engagement, combining program coordination, data analysis, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement. The role aims to contribute to practical, scalable solutions that enhance business performance and organizational effectiveness.
