The Specialist, Operations Management will be part of CAM – I Operations, supporting Wealth Management Operations. This role is responsible for the delivery of efficient operational support, accurately processing service inquiries and requests while upholding compliance with internal controls and procedures. The specialist uses judgement regarding priorities and approaches to obtain complete and accurate information of client issues, provide clients with detailed explanations of recommendations and verify their understanding of the issues. The role requires strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role assists in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the unit, seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures.
