About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Market/Client Risk Management II to join our Depositary Receipts team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Focus is on routine and/or less complex corporate action events. May provide secondary support on transaction management of moderately complex transactions. Assists in preparing and/or reviewing required documentation and/or market shareholders notices. Escalates potential issues to more senior team members. Ensures BNY is compliant with applicable regulations and policies and procedures. Works under guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Corporate Action experience preferred.
