Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Airtable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Help bring bold ideas to life for the next generation of athletes.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, and integrated marketing plans that connect sport, culture, and community.
  • Manage product ordering for seeding, influencer activations, and key brand moments.
  • Support execution of seasonal brand marketing plans across multiple consumer touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain timelines, ensuring campaigns deliver on time and at a high standard.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on assets, messaging, and execution.
  • Coordinate marketing assets to ensure consistency across digital, retail, and social channels.
  • Support product launches, sport moments, and consumer experiences that drive engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimize impact.
