About The Position

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Teller role conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. This role keeps a proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof records while maintaining an acceptable difference record. The Teller may process night deposits and ATM transactions, deliver excellent service to all bank customers, and may refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. This role requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include working under moderate supervision, where problems are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. The role communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

Requirements

2+ years relevant experience
Vocational or technical training
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift objects up to 30lbs
