About The Position

The Specialist II - Part-Time 20H Teller role is part of the Branch Delivery team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing day-to-day branch service operations, supporting client transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities. The Teller role specifically conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures, maintains the proper cash supply, prepares daily proof records, and may process night deposits and ATM transactions. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service to all bank customers and may involve referring customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week.

Requirements

Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Working under moderate supervision.
Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience.
May require vocational or technical training.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift objects up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

Conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
Keeps proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof record while maintaining an acceptable difference record.
May process night deposits and ATM transactions.
Delivers excellent service to all bank customers.
May refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution.
