The Specialist II - Materials Management will perform daily work assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner. This role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while working with moderate supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company transport vehicle as requested
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams experience required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
- Strong attention-to-detail necessary in a cGMP environment
Responsibilities
- Support TrackWise project that are assigned to Material Management.
- Support immediate actions, Impact and Risk Analysis, Investigation and Root Cause.
- Support Lab materials replenishment reports
- Support Freezer/Cooler PM’s as needed
- Process Uline material requests/POs as needed
- Support column crating process
- Cross Trained in other area of Materials Management, provide support as needed
- Mentor, train, support new Materials Management Team members and/or level I positions
- Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials as needed
- Accurately pick, pack, ship and document all orders to meet customer order fulfillment requirements
- Communicate, maintain, and resolve any PO related issues within a timely manner
