The Specialist II - Materials Management will perform daily work assignments accurately, in a timely and safe manner. This role requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while working with moderate supervision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company transport vehicle as requested
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams experience required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail necessary in a cGMP environment

Responsibilities

  • Support TrackWise project that are assigned to Material Management.
  • Support immediate actions, Impact and Risk Analysis, Investigation and Root Cause.
  • Support Lab materials replenishment reports
  • Support Freezer/Cooler PM’s as needed
  • Process Uline material requests/POs as needed
  • Support column crating process
  • Cross Trained in other area of Materials Management, provide support as needed
  • Mentor, train, support new Materials Management Team members and/or level I positions
  • Using FEFO basis, pick, stock, verify, identify inventory, or deliver materials as needed
  • Accurately pick, pack, ship and document all orders to meet customer order fulfillment requirements
  • Communicate, maintain, and resolve any PO related issues within a timely manner
