About The Position

The Specialist I - Processing Tech performs production activities related to pre-roll manufacturing and cannabis processing, including weighing, filling, packaging, and processing products according to standard operating procedures. The role involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and performing basic maintenance on production equipment; carrying out quality checks; maintaining production records; and monitoring supplies and inventory needs. The position also supports equipment troubleshooting and production efficiency while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and following company procedures, safety protocols, and PPE requirements. The role is based in Marceline, Missouri.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and move heavier materials with assistance when necessary.
Willingness and ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

Perform production activities related to pre-roll manufacturing, weighing, filling, packaging, and processing according to standard operating procedures.
Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment used in pre-roll and cannabis processing operations.
Weigh, measure, fill, cap, seal, label, and package cannabis products in accordance with quality and compliance standards.
Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure product consistency, accuracy, and appearance.
Maintain production records and communicate production status, inventory needs, and completed work to management and inventory personnel.
Monitor inventory of consumables and production materials.
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and making operational adjustments to support efficiency and quality.
Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and the work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and scheduling requirements.
Follow company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and PPE requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
