About The Position

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent while partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and identify the right candidates for our organization. From coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications to developing effective recruiting strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience, you’ll help drive an efficient and engaging hiring process from start to finish. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of related HR/Recruitment experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods, systems and applications including social media and applicant tracking
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills/proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
  • Manage applicant flow within SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB.
  • Work closely with and build relationships with internal hiring managers and external sources of talent.
  • Utilize social media, applicant tracking system and other tools to effectively and efficiently attract and secure talent for the organization.
  • Continually seek new and innovative ways to attract candidates.
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams.
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of talent feeder programs such as internships, university campus recruiting approach, etc.
  • Assist in job fairs and facility events.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance.
  • Assist with facility orientation activities and onboarding activities for new hires as needed
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
  • All other duties as assigned.
