Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Thrive in fast‑paced settings while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated track record of creative marketing execution
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance concurrent initiatives
  • Skilled in strategic planning and problem‑solving
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, email platforms, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Valuable experience from agency and brand marketing environments is preferred
  • Experience in the sporting goods industry considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Manager in brand positioning and ensure brand identity consistency across all communications mediums.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market process including identifying product stories with business units and creating product launch plans.
  • Lead execution of brand projects (briefing, timeline) - advertising campaigns, paid media, promotions and sales support materials with Graphic studio and agencies.
  • Assist in the development of global consumer promotions with independent and key accounts in conjunction with the trade marketing team.
  • Assist in the execution of web and social media projects with the Social Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency in development of content.
  • Assist in the development and execution of all consumer relevant research and brand health. Understand data and identify best use for result as part of marketing strategy.
  • Assist in measurement of return on investment of brand related marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and clearly highlight how the brands activities are influencing the consumer and their willingness to purchase the brand.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners and leagues and decide key avenues for promoting the CCM brand through these key relationships.
