About The Position
Schwab is seeking Global Investing Specialists to assist clients trading in foreign markets. The Global Investing Services team aims to be the most trusted Foreign Trade Desk, supporting domestic and international clients trading on exchanges outside the U.S. The team attracts professionals interested in learning foreign markets and foreign trading. A world-class training program is provided to meet client needs. The team is diverse, including career changers and individuals re-entering the workforce, and values outstanding service, continuous learning, and collaborative growth.
Requirements
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current or previous contact center experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong U.S trading experience, or familiarity with the securities industry and an understanding of options and equities
