About The Position

The Specialist, Global Ethics & Compliance Engagement supports the execution of key components of the global ethics and compliance program, with a focus on communications, engagement activities, and content development. This role assists in promoting a strong compliance culture by supporting awareness initiatives, developing high-quality communications, and coordinating program activities across the organization. The Specialist works closely with the Senior Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance Strategy & Engagement and cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver consistent, effective messaging and engagement initiatives across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in communications, compliance, project coordination, or related field
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities with a moderate degree of independence
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance
  • Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of internal communications, including intranet content, campaigns, newsletters, and announcements, while ensuring alignment with Global Ethics & Compliance priorities.
  • Assist in developing presentations, visual assets, and communication materials.
  • Support video content development and production efforts through scripting, coordination, and editing activities to enable awareness campaigns, training materials, and leadership messaging.
  • Support the execution of engagement initiatives designed to promote awareness and adoption of compliance programs.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Track and report on participation and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and update Global Ethics & Compliance SharePoint and digital platforms to ensure content is accurate, current, and user-friendly.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics while supporting reporting activities.
  • Support the coordination of compliance initiatives, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Track action items and follow-ups across projects.
  • Assist with scheduling and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective execution.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data related to compliance monitoring activities.
  • Support tracking and reporting against key program metrics to enable effective program oversight.
