This role involves the development, creation, and implementation of process quality standards and projects, including corresponding specifications and general conditions for the department. It ensures defined measures are in place and develops techniques or processes, analyzing and evaluating alternative solutions under consideration of economic standards. The role includes start-to-finish documentation of Standards for Accessories Installed in (AIC), responsibility for project coordination in terms of quality (preparation, implementation, and documentation of all necessary project milestones), and defining production requirements for the Accessory Installation Center. It also involves the realization of VFF, PVS, 0-series, and production ramp-up to series operation, processing improvement proposals and change requests, and assuming special tasks corresponding to the skills and duties of the job holder. This role is carried out responsibly in factual cooperative collaboration with supervisors, employees, and involved and affected departments, in compliance with existing guidelines, standards, and regulations. The Specialist will stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to the automotive industry, and work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to ensure that technical requirements are met. Participation in regular meetings to discuss process improvements, project updates, and technical challenges is also expected.
