Norton Rose Fulbright is hiring a Docketing Specialist to support our Intellectual Property practice. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the firm's docketing system, managing critical deadlines, and supporting attorneys through a broad range of administrative and docketing functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideally located in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas. We offer a hybrid working policy which requires being in the office on an as needed basis. It is expected that this position may work remotely, unless requested to come into the office by their supervisor. This is a non-exempt position and eligible for overtime pay when appropriate. Overtime and flexibility in schedule may be required from time to time.
