The Specialist, Development Projects & Administration is responsible for establishing and managing key processes and projects to track and drive progress of the priorities for USO’s Development team. This role involves developing, organizing, and maintaining project lifecycle documentation, coordinating with team members on project requirements, managing the department budget, and serving as a primary point of contact for regional leadership regarding fundraising and development initiatives. The Specialist will also manage the Major Gift portfolio, update donor databases, coordinate events, and handle logistical and administrative tasks.
