Your Opportunity: The support Toro’s U.S. import and export operations by executing and continuously improving trade compliance processes, including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin determination, and customs broker management. This role serves as a key operational and compliance resource, working cross ‑ functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant movement of goods while mitigating regulatory and financial risk. The position operates with increased autonomy and responsibility compared to entry ‑ level roles and supports audit readiness and process standardization. Work Location / Other Components: This role will be based at the Bloomington, MN Toro's International Corporate Headquarters. Fully remote is not available at this time. This role will require 5-days on site during training. The current team works 3-days on campus, with optional 2-days remote. Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices. May require occasional travel to other company sites, distribution centers, or supplier locations. Position requires a high degree of communication and interaction with other areas of the company as well as customs brokers with ability to ensure detailed compliance with applicable U.S. and international regulations and Toro’s processes. Ability to regularly follow detailed processes and analysis is required.
