Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales
About The Position
Drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners through strategic relationship management, training, and compliance oversight. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. This is a mid-level sales representative role with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. The role manages small to mid-size sales with direct ongoing supervision and is responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. The representative utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Ability to manage small to mid-size sales with direct ongoing supervision.
- Responsibility for a small to moderate quota or territory.
- Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure that all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
