This role is ideally based in Columbus, Ohio and operates in a hybrid work environment. While local candidates are preferred, highly qualified candidates with the desired skills and experience will also be considered for remote employment. Beyond coordinating corporate citizenship programs and providing operational and reporting support, this role will help advance how Nationwide measures, communicates, and maximizes the impact of its community investments. The ideal candidate brings experience in impact measurement, program evaluation, and data storytelling, with the ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative information from community partners, business data, and other sources into clear, decision-ready insights. Success in this role requires a strategic, consultative partner who can connect community outcomes to enterprise priorities, translate complex analysis into recommendations for senior leaders, support multi-market initiatives, and strengthen internal and external narratives about the value created for communities, associates, customers, and Nationwide. Saving, rebuilding and enriching lives is what Nationwide's Corporate Citizenship is all about. Every day, we turn critical moments into powerful possibilities in places where our associates, agents and customers live and work. It's another way we are helping people when it matters most. As a Specialist, you’ll provide analytical, operational and consulting support to assigned efforts. This includes performing logistics for community-service related projects, corporate charity programs or associate programs. You’ll have opportunities to interact with business and the Office of Corporate Citizenship (OCC) leaders as a planning resource. In addition, you’ll provide data reporting, auditing and/or budget responsibilities.
