About The Position

West Hills College District is seeking a Vocational Trainer I – V ESL Citizenship for a temporary employment opportunity. This role involves providing professional services in non-academic, fee-per-service, contract educational programs. Responsibilities may include developing and presenting specific programs, assisting with participant registration, fee collection, advertising, and the development of authorized contract educational training programs. The position also involves needs assessment, literacy audits, and the development of training materials, including computer-aided training.
