About The Position

The Marketing Intelligence Specialist supports the development and optimization of Consumer Marketing Communications by delivering data-driven insights that improve campaign effectiveness and brand performance. This role works across Brand, Media, Content, and Analytics teams to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. The position focuses on synthesizing multiple data sources into clear insights, supporting test-and-learn initiatives, and enabling fact-based decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or strategy
  • Foundational analytical skills with ability to work across multiple datasets
  • Familiarity with campaign measurement and brand tracking methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, structured insights

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication skills and ability to support executive-level storytelling
  • Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as CM360, Adobe Analytics, Meta Business Manager, S&P Catalyst, and J.D. Power

Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of brand health, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to identify key drivers of consumer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Consolidate insights across sources (e.g., brand health studies, campaign attitudinal and behavioral metrics, creative testing, retail/share data, digital analytics) to provide a cohesive view of performance
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Media teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform optimization opportunities
  • Monitor key metrics and trends, highlighting risks and opportunities (e.g., shifts in brand health metrics, campaign performance, competitive activity)
  • Develop clear, concise deliverables (summaries, charts, executive slides) that translate data into actionable insights
  • Support design and execution of test-and-learn plans (e.g., messaging A/B tests, audience strategies) and track results against defined KPIs
  • Maintain reporting cadence for key initiatives, ensuring alignment between leading indicators (brand metrics, site metrics) and lagging outcomes (sales, share)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of measurement frameworks, tools, and processes
