Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Interact with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution.
• Process account-related transactions in accordance with scheduled events or authenticated client direction.
• Manage situations that may require adapting the response or conducting extensive research based on the client response.
