About The Position

BNY is seeking a team member for its Loan Enablement Platform - Client Processing team in Houston, Texas. The role provides complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems; manages moderate to complex external client issues and ensures timely service delivery or resolution; participates in product development, product enhancements, and system testing to support accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions; and applies in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to solve complex problems for internal and external clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manage moderate to complex external client issues and ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions.
• Solve complex problems using in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to support internal and external clients.
