About The Position

This role involves leading and overseeing forecasting and demand planning projects, ensuring alignment between supply, inventory strategy, and business objectives. The Specialist will act as the project lead for merchandising stock allocation initiatives, covering process design, implementation, and performance monitoring for both E-commerce and retail channels. A key aspect of the role is owning and managing analytics-led projects, utilizing Power BI and Excel to create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for project tracking and executive decision-making. The position requires developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in merchandising, supply chain, operations, and leadership is essential for timely project delivery. The role also includes leading margin and profitability performance initiatives within P&L planning projects, ensuring targets are met. Evaluating product-related initiatives and commercial actions to assess their impact on margin and performance is crucial for guiding prioritization and execution. Driving continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and standardizing best practices is expected. Additionally, the Specialist will support Canada market rollout projects by providing leadership in forecasting, stock allocation, and analytics during planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience in developing and maintaining end-to-end project plans (scope, timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication)
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (merchandising, supply chain, operations, leadership)
