The Building Controls team supports field technicians in troubleshooting and optimizing energy management systems. Responsibilities

- Execute special programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives, to support energy reduction goals.
- Monitor trends, alarms, and recalls, adapting controls strategies to maintain system effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and feedback to colleagues, fostering continuous improvement and adaptation to change.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective business solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting integrity and ethical standards in all activities.
