This role serves as a strategic HR partner to the Supply Chain function, providing input into business and people strategy. The Specialist will represent the OneHR model and offer strategic guidance aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include diagnosing organizational health, partnering with leaders on organizational structure, supporting operating plans, and leading organizational design and change initiatives. The role also involves supporting M&A activities. In talent strategy, the Specialist will identify talent needs, design and deploy talent strategies, own site-level talent management, lead succession planning, partner with Talent Acquisition, and execute workforce planning. DE&I strategies and buy/build/borrow talent strategies are also key components. For culture, engagement, and DE&I, the Specialist will partner with leaders on shaping culture and engagement strategies, leveraging various data sources, promoting Our Credo and inclusive mindsets, advising related teams, and supporting cultural transformation. In leadership coaching and team effectiveness, the Specialist will develop coaching relationships, advise on performance management and team dynamics, support leadership onboarding, and consult on disciplinary actions. For HR program execution and governance, the Specialist will ensure effective deployment of enterprise HR programs, facilitate approvals for critical roles, manage talent nominations, support compensation planning, align year-end calendars, support policy rollouts, and manage contractor activities.
