Core One is seeking a Special Security Technician to support the DCSA-SPO program.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, content management, and website maintenance of the Security Programs Office (SPO) [Security, Insider Threat and Mission Assurance] website pages.
  • Collaborate with and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to ensure all content updates and the build-out of the Security Programs’ website and website pages are managed or updated by the SETA Team, as appropriate.
  • Assist with SETA-related task management by inputting website and training service requests in the ServiceNow ticket management system and follow-up on requests for status.
  • Assist with the annual and monthly Security Awareness months to ensure all informational and training materials and documents are received, formatted, and processed through the SETA Team for consistent messaging, in coordination with Office of Correspondence and Congressional Affairs (OCCA) and OCIO.
  • Assist with the content and graphic design of all Security Programs training aids and materials, to include banners, pop-ups, newsletters, brochures, and informational bulletins in conjunction with OCCA and the DCSA Branding Guidelines.
  • Assist with training and awareness products, provided by or collaborated with SPO mission owners, the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE), OCCA, and OCIO.
  • Assist with capturing and consolidating monthly security training metrics and providing monthly metrics reporting.
  • Assists with the creation and establishment of SETA policy and procedure.
  • Assist with compiling briefings and informational slide deck presentations pertaining to SETA program efforts.
  • Be Cross-trained to back-fill Security Programs Database support personnel.
  • Support the DCSA Security Awareness, Training and Education (SATE) initiative.
  • Monitor and update the DCSA CATMS ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.
