About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a per-diem, on-call role in Needham, Massachusetts. The work varies by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, and other security duties. The officer must adapt to changing assignments and respond effectively to incidents. The position has no set schedule and requires open availability. The hourly wage is $25.00.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Have experience with CCTV cameras, access control, and report writing.
• Hold a state license if required.
