About The Position

The Special Projects Specialist Project Coordinator – Special Project develops and implements one or more specific projects. This role requires excellent communication skills (written and oral), high energy, and flexibility to manage diverse responsibilities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. They should be able to develop and implement projects with limited supervision, be an innovative thinker who is comfortable thinking outside the box and constantly seeks opportunities to learn and improve. Experience in team leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making is essential.

  • Decision-making: Has experience making decisions in a timely manner and in the face of ambiguity. Considers consequences of decisions, willingly stands by difficult decisions, and communicates about decisions.
  • Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree – Related to project
  • 3 years’ experience in project topic/department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute written Project Plan for project(s)
  • Track required outcome/output/metrics and submit monthly reports.
  • Other duties as assigned
