About The Position

Lotus is hiring a founding member of its new New York team to work directly with the Chief Growth Officer. The role focuses on engaging with patients using Lotus, doctors across New York, and the team building the product. Priorities may shift from month to month. The role involves organizing events, gathering patient feedback, building physician relationships, helping tell patient and physician stories, and owning projects from initial idea through follow-up.

Requirements

• Medical training (MD, DO, or medical school) or at least 2 years of direct patient-facing work.
• Able to understand how doctors think and speak with them as a peer.
• Keeps up with developments in AI and is interested in using AI to improve care.
• Enjoys talking with people and is able to build rapport so people open up.
• Organized and able to manage multiple activities and close every loop.
• Clear written and in-person communication skills.
• Has started or led something with demonstrable results.

Nice To Haves

• Involvement in MD Plus, EM Collaborative, or a similar group.
• Has tried to build their own venture or project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run New York events, including physician and healthcare leader dinners and patient meetups.
• Get to know Lotus patients and discuss their health and experience with the product.
• Set up and lead patient feedback sessions to help shape product development.
• Build relationships with doctors and healthcare leaders across New York.
• Work with the content team to bring patient and physician stories to life.
• Own projects end to end, from initial idea through follow-up.
