About The Position

The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company located in King of Prussia. With over fifty years of experience, we are dedicated to providing quality living, shopping, and working spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter for Residential Rehab to join our team. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of interior home remodeling, with a specialization in kitchens and bathrooms, including cabinetry and vanity installation. Requirements

2+ years’ experience in finish carpentry.
Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Must have your own tools.

Nice To Haves

Additional 3+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred.
Full knowledge of interior home remodeling.
Cabinetry and vanity experience.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly skilled in the art of carpentry.
Knowledge of methods, tools, machines and materials used in construction as related to carpentry.
Ability to interpret technical specifications.
Basic Plumbing.
Tile Work.
Ability to take direction and interact effectively with team members.
Install cabinets, counters and molding.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
