Special Project VES Accessory Installer - afternoon
About The Position
Ready to work hands‑on, stay active, and be part of a team that keeps vehicles looking sharp and road‑ready? We’re hiring Accessory Installers to support our Vehicle Enhancement Services (VES) department — and we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do As a VES Accessory Installer, you’ll bring vehicles to life by installing high‑quality accessories such as: Remote tailgate locks Lighted running boards Illuminated kick plates Step-rails Splash guards Decals Bed liners Other customer specified accessories. You’ll ensure every install meets our company quality standards, work safely, and collaborate with team members across departments. For those who qualify for Complex Install Certification , tasks may also include electrical/mechanical accessory installs, troubleshooting, and repairs. This means, you may be among the first to see and work with the latest vehicles and technology hitting the roads!
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to follow detailed written training instructions for accessory installation.
- Ability to safely use hand tools.
- Ability to work outdoors year‑round.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of 50 feet, including overhead lifting, climbing to and working at heights of up to 15 feet, sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts, machine parts and pins, operate and withstand impact, vibration of electric and air-powered power tools.

Responsibilities
- Install high-quality accessories such as remote tailgate locks, lighted running boards, illuminated kick plates, step-rails, splash guards, decals, bed liners, and other customer-specified accessories.
