Requirements

Current enrollment in or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Licensure with the Texas Medical Board and registration with ARRT within 90 days of completion of program or 90 days of hire at discretion of director.
BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Must be able to push, pull, lift heavy objects, stand, bend, reach, and stoop

Nice To Haves

Registered in VI within 2 yrs. of hire (recommended).
1-2 yrs. experience.

Responsibilities

Performs interventional radiology procedures for all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) by utilizing ionizing radiation and other imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnoses and treatment of disease.
Employees will be subject to overtime and call back as required by hospital.
