About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers with autism experience for overnight shifts (Monday-Friday, 9 PM – 5 AM) in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role offers highly competitive pay rates of $20-$23 per hour and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in a growing industry. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a calm, patient presence
• Comply with state background screening requirements
• Be eligible to work in the US
• If an applicant has been convicted of a non-exemptible crime, and in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, their conditional offer will be rescinded

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving, behavioral therapy, or working with individuals with autism (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision, comfort, and routine support
• Help clients with personal care, redirection, and sensory-friendly engagement
• Document nightly activities and communicate any changes or concerns
• Promote independence and inclusion within the home environment
