Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is required.

• Proficiency in contacting leads, credit apps, outstanding sales and financing.
• All-star customer service skills.
• Ability to think of new solutions and handle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions for every unique client situation.
• Contacting leads, credit apps, outstanding sales and financing.
• Provide excellent customer service from point of contact until long after the deal is done.
• Think of new solutions and take on challenges.
