Delivery Specialist (Go North Surrey GM)
About The Position
We're looking for a Delivery Specialist who is passionate about vehicles, enjoys working with customers, and wants to gain valuable dealership experience while building toward future opportunities in sales. Many successful automotive careers begin in roles like this. This position offers exposure to every stage of the customer journey and provides an excellent foundation for future growth within the automotive industry. You'll work alongside experienced Sales Professionals, Managers, and dealership leaders while developing skills that can open doors to future career opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience such as a Lot Attendant, Driver, Detailer, Delivery Specialist, Service Porter, or similar role
- Has a genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- Enjoys interacting with customers
- Takes pride in professionalism and attention to detail
- Wants to learn more about dealership operations and sales
Responsibilities
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers
- Demonstrate key vehicle features and technology
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared for delivery
- Coordinate vehicle movement and transfers
- Support the sales team throughout the delivery process
- Create an outstanding customer experience from purchase to handoff
