Serves patrons in the Restaurant dining room by performing the following functions. Ensures compliance with Kalispel Tribe of Indians Washington State Regulations, and Kalispel Golf & Country Club (KGCC) Policies and Procedures. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle cash, operate a POS system, and maintain a clean and stocked work area. The server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, presenting checks, and collecting payments. Additionally, they will educate guests on specials, answer questions about wine pairings, and assist other servers to ensure teamwork. The position also involves completing side work, maintaining server stations, and relaying guest feedback to supervisors. Confidential tip record keeping and attendance at training meetings are also required. Duties may be subject to change.
