About The Position

The role of the coordinator is to assist with staffing, planning and implementing special events and ceremonies designed to cultivate, maintain and strengthen student, alumni, parent and friend ties to the University. When assigned, support for on-site presence during evening events and weekend programming will be required. This position will frequently interact with high-level university leadership, donors, and alumni.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and support for school and program-focused events for the SEUC department, including producing meeting agendas, meeting recap documentation and event timelines, staffing events, onsite logistics, vendor coordination and expense management.
  • Assist with RSVP management and reporting.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing event data, including complex invitation data from multiple software systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
