About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Special Education Teacher to provide school-based K–12 services in South Carolina for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, for 37.5–40 hours per week. The position is onsite, though hybrid work may be possible for the right candidate. The stated dates are ASAP through May 2027.

The teacher will provide specially designed instruction, develop and implement individualized education plans, collaborate with school staff, monitor student progress, maintain documentation and compliance, and communicate with families. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid South Carolina state teaching credential with an appropriate Special Education endorsement.
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners.

Responsibilities
