About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher in Farmington, New Hampshire, for the 2026–2027 school year. The organization uses a personalized placement process to match educators with positions based on experience, preferred age group, caseload interests, and geographic preferences. Responsibilities may vary by placement. Teachers receive support from a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, ongoing mentorship, collaboration with related-service professionals and district teams, and access to resources, tools, and best practices. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification or eligibility for certification.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Experience in school-based special education settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services.
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Use evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
Support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations.
Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments.
